1. Order Cancellation

  • Before Shipment: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting us at queenyaatri@gmail.com or +91 75038 58903.
  • After Shipment: Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled. You may choose to refuse delivery, and the refund will be processed after deducting shipping charges.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are accepted under the following conditions:

  • Product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos as proof.

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Used, opened, or partially consumed candles/products.
  • Damage caused due to misuse or mishandling by the customer.
  • Orders placed with incorrect shipping details.

3. Refund Process

  • Once your claim is approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
  • For COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer (details will be requested via email).

4. Replacement Policy

If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund, we will ship a replacement product once we receive and verify your return (if applicable).


5. Return Shipping

  • If the product is defective or incorrect, Queen Yaatri will bear the return shipping cost.
  • If you return for any other reason (such as change of mind), you are responsible for the return shipping charges.
